It is w/o a doubt likely the greatest enemy we face Nationally, as it corrupts the young minds before they even have a chance. I called it educational bias then. It now has a new name. It got so bad back then that a buddy and I began sitting near a classroom door at Pitt so when our English prof began ranting against the Vietnam war, we could leave unobtrusively. We knew the prof could not be dragged back onto topic no matter how pointed our questions were about <em>English</em>, so we simply left class. Sadly, it has worked its way down into our public schools, too, where teacher union members spout the NEA and AFT lines to malleable "skulls of mush." If most parents realized what their taxes and tuition were being spent on, they'd have a seizure. Anyhow, thanks for the tip on the book, ST. I'll be ordering it, too.
