I will say this, if a lawyer in any of these cases brings up frivolous motions and arguments that are not germane to disproving the charges, that lawyer should also share in the meted out death penalty.

These cases are more evidence that members of the ACLU ought to be deported, disbarred, and stripped of voting rights when they support NAMBLA, and other such perverts.

The innocent days of my youth – the 50s and early 60s – are gone forever. Was a time when my friends and I would wander all around the neighborhood. It was safe for us, in the suburbs, but even so, my sibs and I were made, at a very young age, to memorize our address. Just in case we got lost. We three knew it by heart. I still remember it.

Today I would never let my child wander off, if I had one. Because the innocent days are gone forever.

The Chicago papers are running a story about a woman who abused her own 5 yr old and caused the child’s death. The number of bruises on the body were too many to count. Stories of psychotic torture…

There is nothing that makes me burn as hot as hearing such stories. Child abusers should never find peace for their crimes. When a child dies, death for the abuser should be automatic. The trial should only determine by what means. I would support death for any child abuser whether the child dies or not. If a child doesn’t die from the abuse it suffers, the abuser must convince a jury that he doesn’t deserve death. The mere act of abusing a child should require death as a penalty.

I know, I know. How do we draw the line between corporal punishment and abuse. What would a reasonable man say? There’s the starting point. Generally, a reasonable man can tell the difference.
