Besides, talking to someone of authority and letting them know your concerns alows the AUTHORITIES to determine if there is a threat or not. You as a private citizen should not have to worry about being sued or arrested (give it time – this will probably be next), by giving information to the authorities.

You really want to sue for damages? Sue the leakers of information that harm national security – that is one I would support.
