DNC just doesn’t understand evangelicals

Nathan Gonzales at The Political Wire wrote yesterday about two recent press releases the DNC has put out in response to Easter and Passover which, um, failed to mention Jesus or Christianity.

Next thing you know, they’ll be checking out bumper stickers in order to try and appeal to more Christian voters.

Oh wait, they’ve already tried that.

Just another, in a long line, of slaps in the face by the Dem party against Christians. How some Christians can vote for these lowlifes is beyond me. – Lorica

Clueless wonders is right. And people wonder why the democratic party is distrusted by Christians? Ummm helllooooo…. anyone home?

The DNC should forget about bumper stickers and instead consider sending God some knee mail. o:-)

The fact is, nothing that Dean will ever do will satisfy some people. If he didn’t mention Easter at all, you probably would have hung him out to dry on that. If he had done so and also mentioned Jesus, you would have accused him of pandering.

Indeed, when it comes to the anti-liberals (as opposed to authentic conservatives), there really is nothing new under the sun.
