The partial birth abortion ruling

Posted by: ST on April 23, 2007 at 8:48 pm

La Shawn Barber sums up what the ruling and the PBA ban upheld by the ruling were all about, and reminds partial birth abortion fencesitters what actually happens during a PBA (not “late term abortion”, CBS).

Whew. Powerful stuff.

Dinesh D’Souza has more commentary on the ruling and the challenges it presents for the pro-life movement.

I’ve listened to the moonbats try and spin this issue saying it threatens Roe vs. Wade crap but that just doesn’t fly. When you deliver a viable infant and put a sharp instrument in the baby’s skull to kill it you can call it NOTHING but MURDER and the HEALTH OF THE MOTHER CRAP doesn’t fly either.
    Thank God for the SC.
