ST, Wouldn't it be great if Rosie O went on the view and said, "For the second time in history fire melts steel".

Of course she was FACTUALLY wrong the first time she said it in reference to Bush being behind the WT7 building collapsing because of "fire".

She should go on the view and say also that Bush was behind this bridge collapse.

I am personally about 90 miles away from this bridge so it won't affect my commute. Thankfully.

Yet more good news outta Iraq!!!

LINK

The al-Qaeda leader who is thought to have devised the plan for the July 7 suicide bombings in London and an array of terrorist plots against Britain has been captured by the Americans.

Seems to me that our troops are doing a good thing for all the people of the world. - Lorica

I love the Mimosa tree. I wish I could get one to survive up here. I have tried and unless you have the warmest of winters, it is just to hard to do. I love the Dogwood too. It is said that the Dogwood was used in the making of Christ's Cross. Here is the legend of the Dogwood.

Well me and the boys at the cigar night have determined there is no help for the North. We are just going to give up and let the Libs ruin it. We are all going to move south of the Mason Dixon. Here in Illinois the Springfield Armory, maker of the M1 Garand, the greatest infantry weapon ever made, is moving to Oklahoma. Armalite, who is in direct support of mission here at the Arsenal, is moving its manufacturing to Indiana, and keeping a contingent here, but moving them across the river to Iowa. Since Governor Sloblodon Blogovich is wanting to ban .50 calibre weapons, which is almost never used in a crime, and costs almost 8000.00. Also, this Dorr Nnob wants to charge every business a 6% gross receipts, you can kiss all of our work here good bye. John Deere's world wide Headquarters is here, and they are not at all happy. All that is going to happen with this is we the citizen's of Illinois are going to pay an extra 9% for our goods. Such idiots just shouldn't be elected into a place of authority. - Lorica

Just looking at that made my allergies go nuts.

Seriously, we're not too far behind; the hardier trees are starting to bud up here in Wisconsin.

I do miss the Spring down South (but not the pine pollen) with the pink and white dogwoods and everyone's mandatory 10 azaela bushes. We had many native dogwoods out back in the woods also. The pink dogwoods were always my favorite.
