But you are right about the lag in arrest figures …………or were you referring to the border guards who shot the drug runner during one of his walkabouts. Perhaps not enough guards were arrested, eh.

Funny thing. When I was flying to FLA a couple of weeks ago, I was sitting in the airport and noticed a small, plain, cardboard box sitting on top of the garbage can unattended. I told the lady behind the counter that I didn’t want to be “one of those people”, but I thought that looked very suspicious. She just smiled walked over the box, picked it up, LOOKED IN IT, and then threw it out.

That’s high tech security at work!
