Wanna bet nancy is begging to get a personal sit down with the Queen so she can wear a little tiearra, no, that would not be permitted, only the Queen gets to wear headgear nancy, so sorry.
I hope nancy's sorry ass didn't get an invite to the State Dinner. Does anybody know if all the clowns of Congress are invited to these head of state deals? :d

I'm somewhat taken aback by the fact that Mrs Pico and I were not invited to the state dinner this evening. Apparantly, our invitations were given to Calvin Borel, the winning jockey in the Kentucky Derby. One does hope that he has the good taste to wear his teeth to the dinner.

Mr Borel is taking a lady friend as a guest. He had, at first, attempted to do the right thing, and invite the derby winner, Street Sense, as his guest, but when he asked the horse if he wanted to go to the dinner, Street Sense said, "Neigh!"

Actually that hat is very stylish, and goes with her dress almost perfectly. For the older citizen, it is functional as it will keep the heat of the sun off her skin, which for an older person is very important. I am not a big fan of the Queen, but I think after she saw the outpouring of love and affection when Diana died she realized how miserable she was. She has changed considerably, you can see it in her face. - Lorica

But take a look at THAT HAT! =))

I have no absolutely no respect for "royalty" and all the attention and unearned wealth that is heaped upon them. Thank God the founding fathers made sure that kind of nonsense would never happen here.

On second thought we do have Queens. Lots of them. On Castro St. in San Francisco. :o)

It also was an uplifting event for a White House at a time when Bush's approval rate has dropped near all-time lows

Well it is good the AP couldn't help but get this little lie in print one more time. Let's face it, it is just not possible to be lower than Jimmy Carter. Almost 30 years later people still consider him the worst President in recent history. Keep up the good 'unbiased' reporting guys. - Lorica
