This is another organization (a la the UN) that looks good on paper and makes do-gooders feel good, but has facial warts so large that only its parents still think it’s attractive. We’d be better off geting out of it and the UN and making sure the money we send on them is well spent, not on “feel good” projects.

Bad manager translates to someone who wasn’t willing to go along with the status quo and was threatening the kickbacks and corruption that he and the other old guard were counting on for their continued largess. How dare he attempt to bring accountability to their highly paid entitlement program!
