Sunsettommy, I couldn’t agree more. This investigation isn’t about finding out the truth regarding Valare Plame, it is about getting Scooter Libby, and hopefully getting Dick Chenney. Fitzgerald needs to end this travesty, and the President needs to end Scooter’s nightmare, plus the American People need to repay him for all of his expenses for this fishing expedition. – Lorica

Richard Armitage according to the special prosecutor did not commit a crime.Therefore the reason why he was not charged.

Scooter Libby may have indeed lied.However the investigation never should have taken place because Armitage outed himself BEFORE the investigation began.

Therefore the stated mission for the prosecutor was was fulfilled BEFORE it even began.

That is why I think Scooter is getting the shaft.

So, lets see. Clinton serves 0 days for perjury, Sandy Burglar gets 0 days for stealing and shredding classified documents related to 9/11, but Libby gets two and a half years from an investigation that should have never occurred in the first place. Sounds like justice to me….

Never mind, “The judge is allowing written arguments on why Libby should remain free pending an appeal. He will rule next Thursday.”

This is such garbage, it is time to end Scooter’s nightmare and pardon him. After all wasn’t the precident set when Clinton purposely lied to a grand jury, and received no penalty??
