What the heck was a recently surrendered 15-year fugitive doing out on bail in the first place? Isn't a fugitive an a priori flight risk? Still in possession of his passport, no less, and his defense team apparently knew it was missing since Monday. Smart thing that judge did allowing bail for this guy. This is the Clintons we are talking about. What should be a huge scandal will only be a minor annoyance to the Clinton juggernaut.
