Agenda’s have a price that occasionally get called out in the Justice department.

He should go to jail and wait for his appeal process there for the same length of time he proposed, tried and convicted the boys for. Whadda ya mean there’s been no trial and conviction yet? Is that really necessary when you have the skilz and *tools* like the DBM as your ally?

This is what I hate about Professional Liars, er,…, Lawyers. They don’t discipline their own very well. There is more than enough evidence to suspend Nifong’s law license indefinitely, and that is what should have happened as soon as it was disclosed Nifong did not turn over exculpatory evidence in a timely manner.

As to ethics, Mike Nifong has NONE!! He made cheap statments playing the race card like Liberal Democrat politician, not a professional prosecutor. The charges were unfounded. For this reason alone Nifong should be unemployed, and barred from practicing law not only in NC, but in the entire country.

With a suspended law license, Nifong would be prevented from practicing in front of the US Supreme Court.

Now, what about the unprofessional conduct of the 88 Duke Professors? Why are they getting off Scotfree? Especially Law Professor Erwin Chimerinsky? As one of Hugh Hewitt’s “smart guys”, he should have known better than to pile on the Liberal Racism exhibited by the Duke faculty.
