In addition to what Lorica has stated, what IS proven in this story regarding the inability to know the level of someone’s potential, for anyone of us, is that we are human beings not some omniscient sentient creatures.

Perhaps Jon Ward, White House correspondent for The Washington Times could’ve been more involved with his prowess in NO. Sandbagging and reporting are becoming increasingly synonymous.

The right is starting to act like the left. They make the political personal, they use race and/or populism to show us they are victims, they demonize anyone who does not agree with them, they demagogue an issue rather than discuss it rationally and they when all that fails, they make stuff up.

If she is so fragile then why is she volunteering to ask him anything at all or has someone pushed her into doing something she had no business doing in the first place. The whole thing wreaks of another non-starter story except to sustain the continued BDS for the nattering morons.

I teach 12-16 year old kids. Now and then you get some intensely shy ones that tear up under the pressure of just asking them their name. That’s the way it is with a handful of truly shy children. It’s part of life and part of growing up, nothing more.
