Who would publish a novel about the first U.S. Muslim Congressman making a speech to a group of atheists alluding to a never substantiated story that Hitler had the Reichstag set on fire, blame it on Communists, use it as a reason to impose martial law, and compare it to Bush's actions after the attacks on 9/11? The truth is that Communists likely did burn the Reichstag, Muslims did highjack planes and crash them into buildings on 9/11, but what atheists have do with this God only knows!
