I can’t find a link to this story yet but the headline is up on the MSNBC homepage.

Update I: Just saw this at FoxNews.com:

NEW YORK — BREAKING NEWS: Fire and emergency crews responded to the scene of a suspected manhole explosion under a building in midtown Manhattan on Wednesday at the height of the evening rush hour, officials said. It is not terrorism-related, the officials said.

Smoke and steam was seen billowing above the east side of Manhattan, and several blocks were evacuated. There were unconfirmed reports that police were evacuating nearby crowded Grand Central Station.

The explosion occurred at 43st Street and Lexington Avenue.

MSNBC is reporting two injured.

Update II: WNBC has photos from the scene. Damn, if those don’t look hauntingly familiar.

Update III: MSNBC reports that one person was killed.

I think liberals and the media can also blame this on the Bush administration along with global warming and anything else we can think of.

Bloomberg is out saying it has nothing to do with terrorism, even if it did he would not say.
I still think all the fires we have are somewhat related to terrorists starting em, they can’t all be from lightning stikes, I just don’t buy that, we have too many of em.
