Yeah, that would turn into the same farce as the trial of Saddam Hussein; there were lots of people on the left who claimed that the Hussein trial was just a kangaroo court. We'd see a process that dragged on for years, and numerous appeals. Osama bin Laden should be captured in the same way as Saddam Hussein's sons, not captured the way Saddam Hussein himself was.
