Since he did not witness the supposed conversation that Gonzalez denies, it makes his entire testminoy hearsay, and inadmissable.

It&#039;s funny that the Congress loves to act like a court, accusing people of perjury, citing them for contempt and compelling testimony, but they wont even follow the most base rules of evidence.</description>

They&#039;re not accusing Gonzales of lying to cover up a crime but over a legal disagreement. All they have to do is go after him for being a bumbling idiot. Instead the Democrats waste their (and our) time over something so inside baseball.</description>
