Re: drawdown: another Dem prediction. Regardless of the facts on the ground, Bush would pull out and declare victory. This seems to be unfolding exactly as many libs predicted. Because we understand just how scummy Bush is and just how stupid conservatives are to let him.

Excellent idea! The health of our political system (not to mention a little thing called justice) demands that Democrats as well as Republicans be held accountable for their actions. But this is the GOP that we are talking about – a.k.a. The Stupid Party.

Given Republicans’ recent history of cringing under fire, it’s not hard at all to predict what will happen next year. The MSM and their Democrat pets will pull their patented “don’t question our patriotism – we’ll question yours instead” routine, and RINOs like Luger, Specter, Snowe, Collins, Hagel, Warner, etc. will snap to attention and do as they are ordered.

Recall that after the US won first the Cold War and then the Gulf War, Bush #1 got bounced from office by the Frat Boy-in-Chief. Recall also that Rick Santorum pointed out that WMDs were found in Iraq – and got smeared into defeat for his efforts.
