Brian, Bush gets bored just making bridges collapse, so can you blame him if he stirs up a really nasty hurricane every now and then?

Apparently it already is, Brian. I was talking to someone yesterday, who seemed otherwise normal, when news of the hurricane was reported on a radio playing near-by, and he asked me, "Do you think the U. S. is behind that?" I looked at him, not getting it, and asked, "Behind what?" He told me there is a method of "seeding" the sky that can draw hurricanes away from one direction and toward another. He said that was why, at one time, hurricanes coming across the Carribbean used to almost always proceed up the USA's Atlantic coast but now more often go toward Cuba and Mexico and then into the Gulf. I then remembered that this guy, a friend of a friend, had connections with a local moonbat group. I assumed this is some theory making the moonbat circles via the internet. I was going to ask him why this hurricane-direction system wasn't used for Katrina, but he'd probably say Bush wanted it to hit in a heavily poor-Negro section of the country, to reduce the number of Democratic voters. If Dean hits Bush's home state, I wonder what the explanation will be.
