She’s offering a hudna (truce) to al-Qaeda. Simply by posing the question Hillary has put the terrorists in a quandary. This is all to the good.

And if it happens that I'm elected commander in chief, any act of terrorism on my watch will make the perpetrators wish their mothers had STAYED virgins..." Of course, she'll never, EVER make such a statement.
