Amazing how they accuse others of trying to take the right of free speech from them and they so easily give it up at the first sign of trouble. Not only is their hypocrisy showing so is their cowardice. They saw what happened with the Danish cartoons and tucked their tales between their legs and ran in the other direction. Oh they won't admit that, they will say they did it out of sense of decency and not wanting to offend, but that is exactly what they did. They had no trouble running a cartoon attacking a Christian and a dead one at that. They probably patted themselves on the back for being so brave as to make fun of those Christians. Trouble is, that is not bravery. They know that those Christians they revile in cartoons, art (Piss Christ), movies (Last Temptation of Christ) will not take to the streets and try to burn down the newspaper and anything else that happens to be around. It takes zero courage to mock and attack those who you know will never harm you. It takes a level of courage unknown to these people to mock and attack and call to task those who might kill you. It takes a certain amount of courage to stand up for what you believe in no matter the consequences. What becomes obvious is that they really don't believe in the first amendment unless it serves their purposes. How Pathetic and sad.
