I just saw that story, Bak. Pretty amazing, isn't it? Just like you said, though, it's all about priorities.

- An authority in a debate on FOX the other day, with the usual Dem spin doctor rep type, managed to get this little set of details in around all the demogogery and Bush-Bashing.

- 47% of the total uninsured are ILLEGFAL ALIENS, or family members, (read children) of same.!

- 35% are in the 18 to 26 year old bracket - people who often op-out on health insurance because they are typically college students, and "new" workers, with not a lot of money, and being "immortal", this age group tends to cut where ever it can, with health insurance being one of the most often cut items.

- That means 82% are either not elligle in the first place, or "Opt" out.
I'd also wonder how many people in the remaining 18% actually have health coverage in other ways than "Health insurance". This entire survey stinks to the rafters, and is so typical of the "out" party's shananigans for political talking points.

- My questions are:

1) Why are Illegal Aliens even included in this survey?

2) Why are people that could obtain insurance, but choose to spend the money on other things included in this survey?

3) Which Democratic political org/Liberal media organization is behind this survey?

- On the other side of the fence, it absolutely turned my stomach watching McChimpyBush cozey up to Blanco this morning in that televised love fest. What the hell is it with Bush, and the way he deals with people that stab him in the back? (Re Katrina, and the holy mess Blanco and Nagin caused the Bush admin).

- Its almost as if Bush puts on blinders if the perps last name is Hispanic, or happens to be a Black American. Blanco screwed everything up from the git-go by dragging her feet on declaring a State of Emergency, and not asking for the National Guard until 6 days after the storm hit, and then blamed it on Bush. Nagins misdeeds are legion and well documented. Just don't understand some of the things the Pres. does. Do they really feel they need to pander to these two groups that badly to get votes?
