    I know this is nitpicking, but indictments are actually handed UP (not down) from the grand jury to the judge. Think of it as a piece of paper handed up from the well of the judge’s bench up to the judge. JPG

    Not sure why y’all bothered with the nitpicking thingy but for the sake of some legalistic laser point ID. :d A bit like the word aint, aint it? Google and find 80% of the first page of the phrase *handed down* minus the #1 position of ST, you’ll see 2,100,000 listings in the google findings *handed down*.

    Don’t know if I’ve ever heard *handed up* unless you’re referencing the Katrina clowns. But I thought that was regarding this product. :)) ……course I could be wrong.
