Very nice.

Every time I see a Soldier, Marine, Airman, or Seaman I go out of my way to shake their hand and thank them. I wish more of this nations kids saw them as heroes instead of athletes or rappers.

Kevin — I disagree about her being named and recognized.

I doubt she wants that for herself.

Those who are inclined to make this type of gracious act seldom want recognition for it — it demeans the act. These types of acts of thanks and kindess are best done when there is no expectation of recognition.

After all it’s not about her (regardless of how kind it was) — it’s about the Soldier.

She did it exactly right!
