Very nice.

Every time I see a Soldier, Marine, Airman, or Seaman I go out of my way to shake their hand and thank them. I wish more of this nations kids saw them as heroes instead of athletes or rappers.

I hope the feds remember this when the Oakland area seeks federal funds. Screw 'em! And screw the TSA for allowing this crappy behavior toward our men and women in uniform!

Kevin --- I disagree about her being named and recognized.

I doubt she wants that for herself.

Those who are inclined to make this type of gracious act seldom want recognition for it --- it demeans the act. These types of acts of thanks and kindess are best done when there is no expectation of recognition.

After all it's not about her (regardless of how kind it was) --- it's about the Soldier.

She did it exactly right!

She needs a name or photo so we can cheer her when we see her.

1,2, This woman deserves to be addressed as Lady with a capital L.

I think airplanes ought to dump their toilets while flying over San Francisco and Oakland for the way they treat our troops.
