I have not heard anyone attack them for thier choices, or being held up by the Democrats as a poster family for SCHIP. What was being 'attacked' was the assets of the family, the type of lifestyle they lived - and how it is compared to what the SCHIP should be covered for. Looking at someones house, their expenditures, their assests, what they make and comparing it to what is required for the program is not an attack - it is common sense, and it is what our government should be doing. No one has attacked the family as far as I know.

Additionally, about 1/3 of the people who are un-insured make agreat deal of money and chose not to own health insurance at this time. This has been stated time and time again. The Republicans know this, but still because you bring a child into the picture all of a sudden we start stammering and studdering. At times this is really painful to watch.
