It’s not like these two have suddenly acquired principles. DiFi and Schmuckie have noted the fact that the Dems took a pounding in the last couple of weeks on Iraq, the economy, and several other fronts, and they want to prevent congressional reputation from sinking even lower than the current historic lows.
