No, I think Hillary didn’t want to offend any voting blocks by referring to the group that would actually be barred: Undocumented illegal aliens.

It’s definitely an unfair loophole that an out of state retailer has over a retailer in my home state of California.

Sometimes I have to pay for shipping, but someone like BlueNile.com in Washington State has an 8% advantage over my local jeweler just based on the fact that they don’t have to charge sales tax.

Not only is collecting sales tax good for the state, it is probably good for the the local economy too, as it gives retailers in my state a chance to compete for my business.
