Three points.

One any citizen has the right to say any word. It is called freedom of speech.

Two, even if speech were a crime, I am skeptical that a nine year old is capable of forming the cognitize intent to commit such a ‘crime.’

Three, how about a slander lawsuit against the principal for calling a nine year old a criminal?

Just one more example of the ever expanding inequality before the law that is being created by “hate crimes” idiocy.

As for Taylor, this is a tragedy, and the usual suspects will jump all over themselves to make political hay from it. As they always do.
