But I’ve seen all ten of the 10-Pt Vision and there’s nothing that waters down in the least the point GWR has made. He nails it perfectly.

In addition, and the irony of a black man taking this position is incredible, Barry Obama has, as an Illinois state senator, voted against the Born Alive Act (excuse me if I got the name of the bill wrong) which would have mandated medical care for babies that survive an abortion by saying that he wasn’t prepared to call them “persons” just because they survived (or sentiments very much along those lines). Imagine that! A baby outside the womb isn’t a necessarily a person, either, in this jerk’s opinion. I’ve got a book for him. It’s called, “The Audacity Of Thinking You Should Be President”.

Farrakhan is, without a doubt, a race purist, and one who has been praised by Rev. Wright, who himself sounds like a black nationalist.

In fact, this entire church seems to be oriented to black nationalism. Take a look at how the church describes itself:

We are a congregation which is Unashamedly Black and Unapologetically Christian

WHOA!!!!! Stop right there!! Time for a quick round of LET’S PRETEND.

Let’s Pretend one of the GOP candidates – Thompson, Huckabee, Romney, take your pick – belonged to a church that openly boasted it was “Unashamedly White”. How long do you think it would be a non-issue in the campaign? (answer: a few microseconds) How many hostile questions about it would he receive at debates and press conferences? (answer: there wouldn’t be any other questions) Could he remain a viable candidate if he didn’t leave with the church within 24 hours of the story breaking? (answer: he’d be in Chris Dodd territory).

But with Obama, that’s all swept under the rug by his gaggle of fawning MSM lackeys.

We are an African people, and remain “true to our native land,” the mother continent, the cradle of civilization. God has superintended our pilgrimage through the days of slavery, the days of segregation, and the long night of racism. It is God who gives us the strength and courage to continuously address injustice as a people, and as a congregation. We constantly affirm our trust in God through cultural expression of a Black worship service and ministries which address the Black Community.

You might think an “unapologetically Christian” church – and BTW, don’t you think a Republican who belonged to just such a church would be hammered for non being “inclusive” enough – would manage to sneak in a word or two about Christ there, wouldn’t you? Not here. No time for such trivialities – get right to the racial emphasis.

Here are some items from their “10-Point Vision”:

4. A congregation with a non-negotiable COMMITMENT TO AFRICA.

Not to America, where they live, or to all unsaved people. No multiculturalism? I’m shocked…

7. A congregation committed to the HISTORICAL EDUCATION OF AFRICAN PEOPLE IN DIASPORA.

Translation: we intend to return to our “homeland”. Or, less elegantly, Black Nationalism.

10. A congregation working towards ECONOMIC PARITY.

Translation: But until we do decide to leave, we’d like a socialism cocktail, and make it a double. Send the bill to someone else.

Something tells me we haven’t even scratched the surface of the Rev. Wright story yet.
