No more "umming" than anyone else on the show. I've heard a lot worse. One of the directors of the company I work for puts so many "uh"s in his talks that some of us techies make a game of seeing who can catch the most of them. :) Besides, I have to listen to Jersey accents all day, so your voice was a pleasant change from A.J.'s.
