What about Jimmy Carter? He's got a little rage going.
True. But Jimmah was always more of a sulker, or a backbiter. He usually didn't cook off, but was more likely to plot against you in private, or write nasty things in his books.
You pull the pin on Bill, and he goes off like a bottle rocket!

[...] Conservative blogger Sister Toldjah writes this: What's happening here isn't rocket science. Barack Obama represents a changing of the guard, while the Clintons represent the old guard. The Clintons have both been involved in Democratic party politics for so long, with so many Democrats looking to them (more so Bill than Hillary) for political advice and endorsements, and help with campaign strategy, that it's almost like they feel like they are "owed" the nomination as a reward of sorts for all the work they've done for the Democratic party. You've got this young upstart in Barack Obama, who threatens their hold on a party whose modern day version they helped build up, and naturally you're going to see them fight to try and maintain their status as king and queen of the Democratic party.
What is ironic about all this is Bill represented the "new guard" during his time. He was a departure from McGovern Democrats and his claim within the party was to make it more "center" - whether we agree with this or not ( I do in some areas- but not in others) the hard - majority -left certainly does not.

Obama definitely has streaks of a more radical liberal especially when it comes to foreign policy but he's packaged different than your typical liberal candidate. There is very little difference between him and Jimmy Carter - both were inexperienced outsiders who were running on change after unpopular war time administrations (why they were unpopular is beyond me). If he is elected expect similar results.

Here's an interesting bit of information from the Las Vegas Sun today:

Clinton won the caucuses at seven of the nine sites on the Strip that had been set up so workers, many of them Culinary Union members, would be able to caucus.

These were the caucuses that the Clinton surrogates sued to prevent. These were the caucuses that had a red-faced Bill Clinton bellowing at a reporter because their votes counted "five times as much" as all the other votes.

So now I suppose we can look forward to the Clinton campaign suing to have these results nullified, right?
And Slick Willie will no doubt push in front of the nearest TV camera to proclaim that the delegates Hildbeest won there should really go to Obama because they shouldn't count five times as much as the rest of the votes, no?

Don't hold your breath waiting. Honesty and the Clintons haven't ever been on speaking terms.

The lawsuit and the outburst were just orchestrated maneuvers in the usual tactics of the Democrat political establishment of whining about vote fraud anytime they lose. Obama, as the outsider here, must learn to combat this sort of dirty trick if he's to have any kind of chance in the run-up to Super Tuesday.

What about Jimmy Carter? He's got a little rage going. Unless it's just senility combined with raging liberalism that makes him spout out the most idiotic, uninformed, and childish rants I've ever heard.

Brava, ST! You've said it all.

^:)^

Still, in all, I have to say that if I'm Obama, I send one of my guys to Ted Kennedy and tell him to stay out of it. Like the slim IL Senator needs an endorsement from the fat one from MA!
