As best I can recall, there’s never been a female Jedi master.

If you check some of the “extras” in the last two (i.e. most sucky) Lucas films, you’ll see humans, non-humans, blacks, women and puppets (the whole panoply of liberal multiculturalism) represented in the Jedi council.
