Gore sued. Obama sued, now Clinton plans on suing. That's how the Dems work in elections. And in governinng. If they can't get legislation passed, they file a lawsuit and get a judge to order it. She had no problems with rules when she seemed certain to win. OTOH the Clintons have always operated at the cutting edge, using the principle that success trumps all.
