		<description>As I told ST in e-mail, I was at the World Trade Center only three weeks before the towers were gone forever.

I had been on Jury Duty, wasn&#039;t picked for a case in the morning, had lunch at Austin J. Tobin Plaza, only a quarter mile or so from the courts, little knowing it would be for the last time.

I wasn&#039;t called for a case in the afternoon and was dismissed.

Funny thing, that--you always remember when you&#039;ve done something or seen something for the first time, but you seldom know, and even less often remember, when you&#039;ve done something or seen something for the last time.
