Do we see here the inevitable result of the philosophy of the Church of Perpetual Racial Grievance, ala Wright? If you live your entire life believing that evil whitey has screwed you and every other minority over for all of history, it becomes easy to rationalize being as corrupt and dishonest and licentious in office as possible. Why, they deserve to be screwed, I deserve to take as much as possible, they owe me!

And by and large his constituents will not hold him accountable, as many of them feel that it’s owed them and they’d do the same if given the chance.

Way to encourage people to live down to the lowest of expectations.
