Her comment will probably go like this: based upon what we were told at the time, ad in view of the fact that the Bush admnistration had misled us with false information from the get go on Iraq, it was reasonable for a senator praticing responsibility to be sceptical of anything he or his vast right wing conspircy might say. In addiion, this is old stuff. What is it about you republicans that makes you keep dredging up old stuff that has already been vetted a million times? And let us never forget that this is McCain and Bush’s war.

Steve has a good point, but my guess is that Mrs. Clinton will conveniently schedule herself to be on a fact-finding,(fund-raising) mission in the UAE when Petreus is submitting his upcoming report. And, as desperate as this woman appears to be, she may even arrange a little wag-the-dog sniper-fire while walking down an Abu Dhabi street.

The shame of all this is just when an American society believed it could elect a woman or a “black” person to become POTUS, this is the “best” representation the Democratic Party can put forward. Historians may very well write that in this era, the DNC was “Shanghaied” by the radical left of a once respected party that gave us the likes of JFK and FDR. Instead we have one candidate who’s mentor believes we should “God-Damn” America, and another that would hand you a three dollar bill with her husband’s picture on it, and tell you it’s legal tender.

A commodities trader would be a fool not to invest in the popcorn market.

No she should NOT apologize. It would double the insult she has already given. I have had it up to here (he said, indicating a spot by his neck) with insincere mumbly “apologies” which we all damn well know are made merely as a tactical move.

Besides, as much of a liar as she has demonstrated herself to be, who would believe it? Nobody, on either side of the spectrum. Her partisans would smile smugly and shove the issue under the carpet and Petreus would have to soil himself acknowledging her continued existence.
