As a proud Davidson alum ('02) thanks to ST for her commendation. Two BTW's -- 1) Lovedale's a junior, and Curry and Barr are sophomores, so NEXT YEAR WE GO ALL THE WAY! 2) I hope everyone noted the Trustee thing -- they dug into their personal pockets (NOT school funding) and offered students free round-trip busing, two nights in hotels and food, if they wanted to go to Detroit to watch the Cats in person. They ended up scrambling for more buses -- they anticipated perhaps 100 students accepting, when almost 300 did. (Davidson's 1700 students, to put that in perspective.) Thanks Leslie!
