If you’ve ever wondered why it takes longer to build a flippin airport runway than it did to win a war against Nazi Germany and Imperialist Japan………..

Have fun ST, but take ear plugs to cut the shrill whine out of Hill’s mouth. And make sure to get some lye soap and steel wool, after being exposed to the moonbats at two such rallies, you’ll need it to feel clean again.

May the Lord go before you Dear. 1st to a rally for the anti-christ, now to a rally for the daughter of the devil himself. I am fearful. I will be praying for you. – Lorica

As for having a great Saturday, it’s cloudy, it’s been drizzling off-and-on, and it’s in the low, miserable 50s here, on the third day of May! :((

    I blame Al Gore.

Hey! Don’t forget the Kentucky Derby today. Post time is around 6PM. NBC is airing the race. First leg of the Triple Crown. I have no Mint juleps, but I do have chimichangas! LOL

  7. benning says:

Big John won the Derby going away. Eight Belles, the filly, struggled from the pack to take second, but broke both her front legs after the race, collapsed, and waseuthanized. Sad ending to an exciting race.

Big John, by the way, had run only 3 races before the Derby. He’s now undefeated at 4 – 0. What acceleration! An impressive race!

Amen Dana. We were in the 40s yesterday. Where the heck is my global warming??? – Lorica

Benning: I grew up in the Bluegrass State, was graduated from the University of Kentucky, and have a sister who is a manager on a thoroughbred farm; I couldn’t forget the Derby! Big Brown ran an incredible race, especially coming from number 20.

Howie Dean strikes again!!! This guy really is a moron.

Democratic Party Leader Defends Anti-McCain Ads

telling “FOX News Sunday” that it is not a distortion to say that the presumptive Republican nominee has no plan for getting out of Iraq.

    Hmmm…not a distortion. Let’s take a look.

The Democratic National Committee is airing two ads about McCain that take partial quotes of the candidate to call him out of touch on the economy and foreign policy. One ad shows McCain saying he thinks Americans are “better off overall” than they were eight years ago. The clip leaves out McCain saying that he understands the American people are hurting.

You’re right Howie, no distortion there.

Another ad shows McCain at a rally saying that U.S. troops in Iraq for 100 years is “fine with me.” The ad does not include the rest of the sentence in which McCain added, “as long as Americans are not being injured or harmed or wounded or killed.

Right again, Honest Howie!! No distortion whatsoever!

Dean also denounced some ads being run by Republicans that link Rev. Jeremiah Wright to Barack Obama and then call local and statewide Democratic candidates too extreme because of their support for Obama.

“I think when you start bringing up candidates that have nothing to do with the issue — when you start bringing up things that have nothing to do with the candidate and nothing to do with the issues, that’s race baiting” Dean said.

Oh, my sides. Are you sure you’re not a stand up comedian, Howie, cause you’re a funny guy!!!!
So basically Howie is saying that using things like former pastors and bringing up things that have nothing to do with issues is race baiting….I see.

Yet the dems, themselves have declared that they are going to go after Hagee’s relationship with McCain. Is that race baiting, Howie? After you denounce the Republicans for doing something the dems turn around and do the exact same thing? You’re really in charge over there arent’ you, Howie?

What does Obamessiah think about all this:

Though Obama last week told “FOX News Sunday” that Wright’s statements are a legitimate political issue, Dean said he disagrees.

You and Obama better get on the same page, huh? Howie criticizes McCain for being out of touch but he doesn’t even know what his own candidate thinks about the issue. Genius.

Dean also said it was right at the time for Democrats to follow John Edwards’ lead last year when he decided not to participate in a Democratic debate on FOX News. Clinton and Obama followed suit, forcing the debate to be canceled. He added that now is the right time for Democrats to return to the network to reach out to all Americans.

Oh, I get it. So it was ok to run like cowards from Fox news before, but now you’re trying to prove how you can stand up to them, is that it?

Yes, I truly want the party that is afraid of Fox News to be in charge of the free world. With a witless, clueless, bum like this in charge of the democrats it’s no wonder they’re so screwed up.

  11. Lorica says:

    that’s race baiting” Dean said.

If race isn’t brought up in the ads, how can that be “race baiting”?? It is pretty apparent that the real racist here is Howie. – Lorica
