Democrats trying to avoid culpability over economic crisis

And it’s damn good to see some Republicans in Congress demanding accountability from those who turned a blind eye. It’s no surprise, either, to see Democrats like Henry Waxman wanting to completely avoid the issue when it comes to certain members of Congress taking responsibility for their inactions.

McCain must hit and hit hard on this issue for the next four weeks, as do Congressional Republicans, especially those up for reelection.
