Given Barack Obama <a href="http://blogs.jsonline.com/mcilheran/archive/2008/06/09/who-would-the-messiah-prosecute.aspx" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><strong>has hinted he'll ring up Bush Administration officials on "war crimes" charges</strong></a>, I doubt that would be coming from a potential Obama administration. - Given a signifcant portion of the judiciary, including the majority of SCOTUS, believes they're in charge of writing law, I expect the "immunity" to be tossed out.
