North Korea’s destroyed it’s main cooling tower as part of it’s effort to show the world it’s committment to being open about it’s nuclear ambitions/stockpiles.

All this means is North Korea has all the nukes it needs for now, and is hoping to do what Russia did, get rid of the communists in the hope of western aid, only to go back to communism when you have all sorts of new capital. We will see, but I have no trust for the commies.

When it is all said and done, I am fairly certain that history will judge GW much kinder than Bill or Jimmeh.
