Wesley Clark lecturing us about leadership qualities is like Bill Clinton holding forth about marital fidelity. As I recall, Clark was fired from his NATO post - by Clinton, no less - due to character and leadership liabilities. For an example of the kind of "leadership" Clark represents, hop into the Wayback Machine and set the dial to the year 2000... Confrontation over Pristina airport The Russians (our allies at the time) are approaching an airfield in Kosovo. Clark orders British and French troops to rush in ahead of them and fight to control it if necessary. Fortunately, the British commander had a better grasp of the situation:

"I'm not going to start the Third World War for you," he reportedly told General Clark during one heated exchange.

Yeah...this kind of surrogate for Obama is going to go over real well with citizens who care about national security.
