Oh...so is the official Obama campaign position now that the WOT is not a big deal? It's something we shouldn't be "obsessed" with? In that case, why escalate in Afghanistan? Isn't that also a symptom of being obsessed by the WOT? And wouldn't invading Pakistan also be a sign of obsession then? If you're thinking of invading a nation that's technically an ally - and a nuclear power to boot - reasonable observers might conclude your thought processes are a wee bit squirrelly.
