See, she can’t admit that the surge did accomplish its goal, so she moves back the goalposts, claiming that all this happened because of the Democrats in Congress, and then she tips her hat to . . . “the good will of the Iranians.[!!!]

Now I admire Ms. Pelosi for her uncanny ability to function as a cat-herder; it’s a task she performs far, far better than her Senate counterpart, His Ineptitude, Mr. Reid. But to try to claim partial credit for the surge is, to put it bluntly, beyond bizarre.
