When San Franscisco’s Homeless budget went from 90 million to 150 million in the budget year of 1995, do you think the homeless problem was solved or exacerbated. When the homeless problem grew, do you think more productive people moved to or away from the city?

I’m not surprised. The left always thinks that giving things away and sending the bill to the taxpayers is a good idea.

This is simply faux compassion. If Denver’s Human Services department thinks this will motivate the homeless to get jobs or otherwise improve their lot, why hasn’t this been done on a regular basis? Why only during the Democrat convention?

The real purpose, of course, is to prevent any unsightly characters from appearing in the background and spoiling the scenery at the Dalai Bama’s coronation party.

This reminds me of an instance where I was getting my hair cut once and a few ladies at the place started raising their voices and shoeing somebody out of their establishment.

So I looked.

The guy looked very scraggly. My guess is that he was homeless. So…. Where are these coupons going to be used at? Who will provide such services?

AND WHAT ABOUT THE TIP???? I tip my lady I’ve been seeing for 8 years $10 and the hair cut only costs $12.
