This evening, Politico’s Ben Smith reported that Palin had paid for the tanning bed with her own money

. They blah blah blah about this but don’t say squat about Gore’s 100 foot houseboat. Lemme see tanning bed, houseboat, which one would cost more and do more enviromental damage??? Tanning bed of course you fools. – Lorica

It’s obvious these idiots have no idea about geography. For about 6 months of the year, sunlight is in precious short supply up in Alaska. Not that whether or not a person wants to own a sunbed is any one’s business one way or the other. What seems a useless frivolity in someplace like Florida makes a lot more sense in someplace like Alaska, where sunlight to make vitamin D is not very plentiful.

This is all they got?

Would a hospital promote you to Chief of Surgery after being a surgeon for ONE HUNDRED and FORTY THREE days?

Would a school district promote you to District Superintendent after you have taught for ONE HUNDRED and FORTY THREE days?

Would the military promote you to Colonel after being a private for ONE HINDRED and FORTY THREE days?

Liberals and Democrats demand Americans flock to the feet of Barack Obama and elevate him to the Presidency after he has served ONE HUNDRED and FORTY THREE days as a U.S. Senator.

They talk about his vision, his promise of change and hope and his abilities as a community organizer. Vapid rhetoric, vague promises and work organizing the lowest in society do not seem to me to be corner stones of capabilities we would want in a President.

His judgment is in question after selecting Joseph Biden as his running mate. A man sorely lacking judgment and clarity of mind, as is evidenced by his Nome de plume, “The Gaffe Machine.”

Is this an indication of Barack’s ability to make sound decisions?

I think all American must step back and examine this man, look at his accomplishments and decide if this is really who we want to lead us for the next four years.

Our politicians have failed us. Both parties have allowed us to be hamstrung over energy, sound fiscal policy and intelligence. Unfortunately one party has failed us more so than the other.

Before you go to vote in less than 52 days, think about which party tells us how bad America is, we need not drill for oil to get energy free of Middle Eastern oil dependence and how Barack is the new John F. Kennedy.
