Now he wants to try his luck in stopping coal plant construction.All because he is irrationally worried about a trace so called greenhouse gas.That might not even be warming any part of the atmosphere at all. After 7 years of a cooling trend is that irrefutably evident.The Atmosphere and the Oceans are COOLING at this time as well. He still thinks that a climate bogeyman is real and will destroy the earth.Despite that for most of the past Billion years.CO2 levels in the atmosphere have been much higher than now for about 99% of the time.
