My friends and fellow North Carolinians Lorie Byrd and Bob Owens went to see the Gov. make her first speech in this great state yesterday, and Lorie has pix and a recap posted here. Looks like the rally was a big success 
Wish I coulda been there!

My mom went to a Palin rally — the first political rally she’s ever been to. Brought my Dad, my young siblings, the kid neighbor — really cute. Yay for identity politics!
I believe that headline should be Greenville, NC, not SC. Glad to see there was a good turnout.
