The single bright spot in this–though even this is rather dim–is that Barack Obama won’t be the Senator from my state much longer.
I hesitate to imagine what will replace him.

Can’t you feel the change already??? Like I said before, this guy has an ego larger than Bill’s and has the stupid ideas of Jimmy. We are sooooo “f’d” it isn’t going to be pretty. This guy has too many Clinton cronies around him to make me feel comfortable in anyway, and I am very worried about this country. Say what you want, but I am certain the Czar and his allies were thinking the Bolshveks couldn’t win, or the Nationalist under Chang Kei Shek didn’t think the Maoists would win. I know there is change we believe in, and I believe this country is about to end it’s long march to communism with Chairman Barack. – Lorica

Well the good thing is, at least we aren’t being savaged in the news media with headlines such as “How could 73,000,000 people be so dumb” or some such garbage that we had to deal with in 2004. I noticed a serious lack of rioting in the last 24 hours, unlike our countrymen on the left, but time will tell. With the amount of white guilt that was applied in order to elect this man, I am declaring an end to racism. I heard on NBC’s Today show that Martin Luther King’s I got a dream speech has finally been fulfilled. I pondered that for awhile, as I could have sworn in that speech MLK said something to the extent of “that a man would be judged by the content of his character, and not by the color of his skin”. Barack was only elected due to the color of his skin, it is sad to say. It is a strange day in America and I am just waiting for the buyer’s remorse to set in as only it can when the left gets it’s way. – Lorica
