      No, this isn’t from the Onion or ScrappleFace. He says so right here:

      A lawyer representing a man charged with drunken driving claims Connecticut’s breathalyzers discriminate against blacks.

      So does that mean a cop who uses a breathalyzer is guily of racism by extension? Or – if you work for the company that manufactures them, are you a racist by association?
